On most days, you will find Mona at the front desk greeting patients as they arrive for their appointment. In addition, she is in charge of the majority of the office bookkeeping duties. You can also look for her as she searches the "Black Hole" of lost insurance claims.
In an office of cross-trained staff, Mona also enjoys frame dispensing and repair.
Shantia has been in Optometry over 25 years and enjoys the challenge of the ever-changing technology of Optometry. She works in many areas of the office, but her passion is Vision Therapy. She loves to work with people, especially children, and finds great satisfaction in helping patients improve their life with vision therapy.
Shantia and her husband, Todd, have two wonderful sons. They enjoy camping, traveling, hiking, water and snow sports, as well as participating in their sons' activities.
Gina joined our office in 2002, initially filling in part-time. She has been with our office since then and has enjoyed learning multiple roles. She performs pre-screening, contact lens new fits, orders and dispenses contact lenses, covers front desk and optical department.
"We want to be the best we can. We attend conferences, conventions and seminars for continuing education, and are encouraged to do so by Dr. Ryan". Gina enjoys the teamwork and family atmosphere of the office.
Donna has returned to our office and is excited about the field of optometry. She pursued financial education to strengthen her background in accounting and office practices. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience. She performs various duties specializing in insurance billing, schedule coordinating, contacts and prescreening, while continuing her education in practice management.
Donna enjoys snowmobiling, photography, being outdoors, and quilting. Outside of work, she’s a busy mother of two children; one in college and the other in elementary school.
Sarah is a native of Colorado, but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1988. She has a degree in Interior Design and has been a watercolor artist and art teacher for over 20 years. Sarah loves the challenge and science behind eyewear selections and enjoys helping patients with their choices. She works in optical dispensary, marketing, office decorations and website design.
She enjoys hiking, mountain bike riding, skiing, kayaking, painting, teaching art, reading, and spending time with her husband and three boys.
Celia is a native Oregonian and new to optometry. She enjoys learning about the eye and how it works. Some of her duties are prescreening, contact lens ordering, and assisting the doctors. Celia especially enjoys the one on one time she has with each patient before they see the doctor.
In her free time, she likes to hike, read, bake, and spend time with her family.
Jill is a native Oregonian with over 20 years experience in customer service. Jill grew up on the Oregon coast but loves the Central Oregon lifestyle. She enjoys optics and helping patients and is always interested in their stories. She joins our team in optical dispensary and front-desk reception.
She enjoys astronomy, shooting trap and spending time with her daughter and their dog.

Stacy relocated to Central Oregon from San Diego, California, in 2010, and is new to optometry, but enjoys helping others with their vision care. Stacy works at the front desk, checking patients in and out, and helps in other departments as she can.
Stacy is finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and has a strong background in customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys scenic photography, reading, paddle boarding, camping, hiking, car shows with her Indy Pace car, and traveling in the Pacific Northwest.
